Best Disney Information In The (Internet) World!

You’re excited and planning your upcoming Disney vacation. But where can you find the best Disney information in the (Internet) world?

Pinterest is a great resource for all kinds of information. Especially when you’re overwhelmed with planning your next trip to Walt Disney World. But Pinterest is also full of misinformation.

Even I have been known to post outdated info! (Thanks to those of you who help me keep my information fresh!)

There is a person following my Pinterest page (and I’m following her back) who is obviously planning a trip to Walt Disney World. She’s been pinning some pretty neat pins. And I’ve been checking them out, too. ‘Cause that’s what I do. I can’t help it. It’s my kryptonite.

But some of the pins are outdated. And inaccurate. And I want to shout, “Stop! FastPass has a whole new system now!” and “Mickey is no longer in Toontown!” and “There IS a princess character meal in EPCOT!”

There is plenty of misinformation out there. Even the best fans can’t keep up with all of the changes. But, you can find some fantastic, reliable sites. And I’m about to share some of my favorites.

Warm-up those fingers. Crack those knuckles and get ready to click away!

DIS boards

DIS boards has been around a long time. As a result, there is a lot of information here. So much, that you have to be careful to sift through some posts and scroll to the most recent responses. Just double-check the dates of the information provided in the post and you’ll be fine. It’s an amazing group of Disney enthusiasts. They won’t lead you astray!

Intercot

The Intercot message boards are one of my favorites. Again, it’s been around a long time so some of the information can be dated. But, I get lots of information from fans who are currently at Disney World or have, at least, visited very recently. They are some of the nicest, kindest, most knowledgeable and helpful fans out there. And, it’s very user-friendly. I’ve been a member for 15 years and it is, by far, my favorite message board.

WDW Magic

A fantastic site if you’re looking for up-to-date information about all the new happenings. If I hear a rumor, I check out WDW Magic to see what they have to say.

All Ears.net

I use this site for some of the best reviews on resorts, restaurants, and activities at Walt Disney World. You can also find accurate, current pictures of resort rooms and accommodations. Menus for all of the restaurants can be found here. They also cover Disneyland and the Disney Cruise Line.

Undercover Tourist

I’ve never tried purchasing tickets here (they claim to have discounted tickets) but I find their crowd prediction calendars to be the most accurate. I’ve actually compared different calendars on my trips, so I can find the best one. No crowd prediction calendar is perfect. But Undercover Tourist tends to be the closest to what I actually experience during my vacation.

Do you have a favorite I haven’t listed? Please share! I’m always looking for great Disney information!
